- Born in Riyadh in 1906.
- Received his Political Sciences in the UK and France at an early age.
- He was appointed Chairman of the Shura Council, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Deputy Prime Minister during the reign of his late father, King Abdul Aziz Al Saud.
- He was appointed crown prince in the reign of his brother, King Saud bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud.
- Became king in 1964.

Years of the reign of King Faisal bin Abdul Aziz, were full of political and economic achievements:
- In the economic field the privileges of Petroleum Investments have been allocated for national companies.
- In the agricultural field he supported the improvement of agricultural methods, as well as the development of livestock and the fight against desertification.
- Establishment of seaports and airports in (Jeddah, Yanbu, Jazan).
- Allocation of specialized international hospitals as Faisal Specialist hospital.
- He paid great interest for the Arab and Islamic issues as well as global issues.
- He died in Riyadh in 1975, may God have mercy on him.
